Terms & Conditions

Breakfast is included in our rates and is served between 7am and 10am. Last order should be placed by 9.30am. All dietary and allergy requirements should be mentioned when booking. All meals are to be consumed at the restaurant or restaurant balcony overlooking the lake. Light snacks are available on request for those arriving late during the day.

No smoking in bedrooms or balconies. There is a smoking area by the gate entrance.

No loud music after 23.00.

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

All guests should be signed in at reception.

Card payments only. Cash will not be accepted and payments should be made before your stay commences.

50% Non-refundable deposit required per room to confirm booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the date you have booked for.
